  • Respond to your enquiry and discuss how ASG Solutions can help your organisation
  • Prevent abuse of our contact systems (rate limiting)
  • Analyse aggregate, anonymised website usage via Plausible Analytics (a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or track individuals)

We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it for automated decision-making.

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, to respond to your business enquiry. Where you provide optional information, we process it with your implied consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months, after which it is securely deleted unless we have an ongoing business relationship with you.

6. Third-Party Processors

We use the following sub-processors:

  • Supabase — secure cloud database for storing enquiry data (EU/US with SCCs)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for enquiry notifications
  • Vercel — website hosting and serverless infrastructure
  • Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (EU-hosted)
